Hello people! As if there weren't enough blogs on the planet, here you are, another one - ILLOSTATION!
The good news is that is all about illustration, the bad news is that it is in Romanian and except the pictures you won't get much if you don't speak the language. The reason is that we want to talk specific issues for the Romanian market and we want to be a place for Romanian illustrators and fans of illustration so we thought we'd keep the language local. For now at lest.

Well, since I'm part of the project and invested some time and effort in it, I'm pretty excited about it and scared in the same time! For me there are 3 reasons why I wanted to do this -
The first reason is purely personal - I find it hard to keep focus all by myself, so having a place to share stuff with people maybe going through the same struggles as me, makes it all easier.
The second reason is that I feel illustration is on the verge of becoming really big in the next years and I wanna be part of it now, then and forever. Uh! :)
And third reason is - man, there are so many talented people out there and so many resources and so much space to grow and create that it would be nice to have one place to help us do that!

That's about it. Now we just have to keep it going and hope it will grow and develop to become the most important station to stop when it comes to Romanian illustration.
